Pixion Film AI Studio uses third-party AI models. The summaries below help users understand model attribution and restrictions that may affect generated content or downstream use. They are not legal advice, and the official licence and acceptable-use policy always control.

MiniMax H3

Video features labelled MiniMax H3 use MiniMax H3 under the MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement. Commercial products or services that generate more than USD 20 million in annual revenue require separate prior written authorisation, and commercial interfaces must prominently display MiniMax H3.

MiniMax H3 is not licensed for use in the European Union, United Kingdom, Republic of Korea, or United States under the community licence. The restriction also applies to use, display, and distribution of its outputs. Publicly distributed content must clearly and prominently disclose that it is machine-generated. MiniMax H3 and its outputs must not be used to improve another artificial intelligence model, except as expressly permitted for MiniMax H3 derivatives. Users must comply with its acceptable-use, safety, intellectual-property, safeguarding, and reporting requirements.

Separate prior written authorisation is required when aggregate yearly revenue from relevant products or services exceeds USD 20 million. Hosted generation services must maintain reasonable safeguards against prohibited, infringing, or otherwise unlawful use and must follow the licence's Acceptable Use Policy.
Stable Audio 3 Medium Stability AI Community License and applicable Gemma Terms. Commercial use is subject to registration, revenue, attribution, and acceptable-use requirements. Products or services using the model must provide the required licence notice and prominently display Powered by Stability AI. Users remain responsible for any separate licence or clearance required for their downstream use.
Qwen3-TTS VoiceDesign and Base Apache License 2.0 for VoiceDesign and Apache License 2.0 for Base. Users must also have informed consent or another lawful basis for any submitted voice recording, cloned voice, designed identity, or downstream voice use.
